12/11/13 Bench Stuff
Paused board press 2x10 @ 95 (3 boards)
Reg Grip x12 @ 70lbs- paused 4 of them
Close grip 2x12 @70lbs, pause 4 of the reps, and never bring it below an inch off chest
**It was supposed to just be the 2x12 close grip but I accidentally did regular grip fist and all the way to my chest so I just did them in addition to the wrong set.
****Last night was bench night but I missed it and was doing this alone today so I wasn’t entirely sure which 4 reps out of the 12 rep set were supposed to be paused but I just would do one pause, then two regular, four times.
Dumbbell press to failure; 30lbx30 reps
50 blue band extensions—> made an effort to keep it slow and controlled; did them unbroken
Extra: dumbbell rows 3x20@25lbs
